Canada DC Earns Prestigious NAPA Club 95 Award for 2016 Fill Rate Performance
SPARKS, MD 06/01/17 -- Congratulations to our ATG Canada Distribution Center (CDC), which earned its first-ever Club 95 supplier award from NAPA Canada for meeting or exceeding 95% fill rates in 2016.
Each year, NAPA Canada names its premier suppliers to its prestigious Club 95 to recognize best-in-class service levels. “It’s a tremendous honor for our team to be included in NAPA’s Club 95,” shares ATG's Brandon Yarnell, National Account Manager, NAPA. “Achieving a 95% fill rate couldn’t have happened without our dedicated operations and customer service team at the CDC, who delivered every day for this important customer. We’re very proud to join NAPA’s top suppliers in Canada, and want to thank our associates who made this recognition possible.”
Adds Jason Carreiro, Manager, Operations, CDC, “Our team has been able to maintain an average OTD level of 95% since Q2 2014, and we want to recognize the many groups that support the Canada team in achieving these service levels. This is a great example of how strong our intercompany relationships and partnerships are.”
