Popular Limited Edition Pink Lufkin® Tape Returns; ATG Donating $15K to Komen Foundation
Apex Tool Group's Lufkin® brand is once again offering a limited-edition pink measuring tape at Lowe’s this October to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. These 25-foot tapes were originally launched at Lowe’s in 2013, and by popular demand have returned every year.
Every year, Apex Tool Group donates a portion of the proceeds from this special pink Lufkin measuring tape to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Including this year’s donation of $15,000, ATG will have contributed a total of $90,000 to the Komen foundation since 2013. “The campaign is always a huge success, and the tapes sell very well,” says Brendan Walsh, Senior Product Manager, Branded Trade Tools. “We’re proud to work on this promotion. So many have been impacted by breast cancer – we are honored to support this worthy and important cause.”
